At Tabs I built the creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, with the paid ad engine alongside it. This is the same playbook pointed at sparkling water. I have not run beverages before, so the early weeks test the category rules before they test scale.

Why now

  • 147

    Raspberry Vanilla reviews

Raspberry Vanilla carries 147 reviews at a 4.7 rating. Creators can point to real reviews and never need to invent praise.

    Published
  • 151

    Hibiscus Passionfruit reviews

Hibiscus Passionfruit has 151 reviews at 4.6. The brand's own recipe tops a cocktail with it, which gives creators a pour to film.

    Published
  • 5

    Core flavors on Amazon

The site announces five core flavors on Amazon, from Cactus Rose to Lavender Cucumber. A creator video needs somewhere to send viewers, and now it has two.

    Published
  • 15%

    Off when you buy online

The site offers 15% off for buying Aura Bora online. It gives each creator a plain, checkable offer once the brand confirms it is live.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views. The Proposed target is $1. Every creator, format and bonus is judged against that single number.

  2. One variable per test

Same can, same claim, a different first line. If two things change at once, we learn nothing about Cactus Rose or any other flavor.

  3. Losers killed early

Seven videos per creator per week gives a fast read. A hook that stalls is dropped. A hook that moves gets cloned across flavors.

  4. Claims sheet before camera

Every creator gets lines copied from aurabora.com. Nothing outside the sheet goes on camera. Questions go to the claims channel first.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MayaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: Lime Cardamom. Read the claims sheet, then film the pour. One first line per video, same can, same light.

  2. TheoMon 10:30 AM

Can I say Aura Bora is good for digestion?

No. Health outcomes are off the sheet. Say what is on it: made from real herbs, fruits, and flowers.

  3. Report botAppMon 6:30 PM

Weekly report posted: views per video, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, top first lines, losers killed.

  4. MayaTue 2:30 PM

Draft sent back to Priya: the caption promises a body benefit. Cut it, use the sheet line instead, and re-upload.

Cut. Re-uploading with the sheet line and the ad label in the first line of the caption.

  5. Report botAppWed 4:30 PM

Leo's Strawberry Basil video passed 100,000 views, organic only. $50 flat bonus queued.

  6. MayaThu 10:30 AM

Check: two new creators go live Monday. Everyone confirm the ad label is in the caption and no spirits appear unless the creator is of legal age.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Pour and read

    Brief 01

    Pour and read

“Juicy limes meet warm, herbal notes of cardamom.”

Close shot of a Lime Cardamom can opening over ice. One take, natural light, read the line while the fizz settles.

  2. Flavor match

    Brief 02

    Flavor match

“A match made in sparkling water heaven.”

Hold a Grapefruit Elderflower can beside a fresh grapefruit. Show the fruit, the can, then the first sip reaction.

  3. Label check

    Brief 03

    Label check

    “0 Calories, 0 Sugar, 0 Sodium.”

Hand turns a Lavender Cucumber can to the label, then sips. Read the line straight to camera, no effects.

  4. Real ingredients

    Brief 04

    Real ingredients

“made from real herbs, fruits, and flowers”

Lay strawberries and basil on a counter, then crack a Strawberry Basil can beside them. Show what the flavor names.

  5. Mood opener

    Brief 05

    Mood opener

    “earthly tastes and heavenly feelings”

Porch or window, afternoon light. Sip a Ginger Meyer Lemon, say the line, then hold the can up to the lens.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Aura Bora is a sparkling water made from real herbs, fruits, and flowers for earthly tastes and heavenly feelings.”, “0 Calories, 0 Sugar, 0 Sodium.”, “All of our ingredients are 100% made in the USA.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Flavor-first reviewers

Food and drink creators who already film taste tests. They fit flavor stories like Lime Cardamom and Grapefruit Elderflower.

  • People who already show the merch

Look for creators who wear or carry Aura Bora pieces, such as the Herb Green Hat or the Bad Review Tote. They need little persuading.

  • Deadpan humor creators

The brand puts jokes on its stickers and totes. Creators with dry, absurd humor match that voice without forcing it.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

No affiliate or ambassador page was found on the site. So this is a cold start: a public application plus direct outreach.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Taste on camera

Can they describe a flavor in one plain sentence without any health claim?

  2. 2Disclosure habit

Their sponsored posts already carry a clear ad label.

  3. 3Cocktail clean

If a recipe uses spirits, the creator is of legal drinking age and says so.

  4. 4Seven a week

Can they ship seven videos a week through the ramp without quality dropping?

  5. 5Sound and light

Clean audio, daylight, and a can label readable in frame.

Part 7 of 15

Who fits

  • Home bartender

Mixes drinks at home and tops them with sparkling water. Zero-proof gin recipes fit too.

    Likely product: Hibiscus Passionfruit

  • Zero-proof curious

Skips alcohol and wants a grown-up flavor in the glass.

    Likely product: Lime Cardamom

  • Merch collector

Wears the hat, carries the tote, laughs at the stickers.

    Likely product: Bad Review Tote

  • Garden and herb cook

Cooks with fresh herbs and flowers and plates it on camera.

    Likely product: Strawberry Basil

  • Beach-day lifestyle

Posts easy outdoor days where a cold can fits the frame.

    Likely product: Cactus Rose

  • Climate-minded shopper

Reads labels for packaging and giving: aluminum cans, and 1% of sales to non-profits.

    Likely product: Lavender Cucumber

Left off, every time

Always left out: anyone under the legal drinking age who shows alcohol, creators who make health or weight-loss claims, medical or diet accounts, and anyone who names rival drinks in an ad. Alcohol is never the product. Aura Bora is sparkling water.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “made from real herbs, fruits, and flowers”

Any flavor video, said while showing the ingredients.

  • “0 Calories, 0 Sugar, 0 Sodium”

Label check format, read straight from the can.

  • “All of our ingredients are 100% made in the USA.”

Ingredient stories. The line covers ingredients only.

  • “We use aluminum packaging because it’s infinitely recyclable.”

    Packaging and climate-minded personas.

  • “Every year, we give 1% of sales to non-profits devoted to conservation and climate action.”

Climate-minded persona videos, attributed to the brand.

  • “Enter your email and you'll get a promo code for 15% off your order.”

Caption or end card, once the brand confirms it is live.

  • “A match made in sparkling water heaven.”

    Grapefruit Elderflower flavor match format.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • It helps you lose weight.

A health outcome. The brand only says zero calories, zero sugar, zero sodium.

  • Healthier than soda.

A comparison the site never makes.

  • Good for your gut.

A health outcome with no source on the site.

  • Made entirely in the USA.

The site says its ingredients are made in the USA, not the whole can.

  • They give 1% of profits to charity.

The brand says sales, not profits.

  • Cactus Rose is stocked in every grocery store.

No store footprint was collected. Only the Amazon listing line is on the site.

  • Mix it with vodka and call it a health drink.

Mixes alcohol with a health claim. Both are off limits.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Get 10% off every case – and free shipping!

  • Free shipping over $40 •

Confirm the threshold is current before it goes in a caption.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For creators with a good eye and a small audience. They prove a hook before they earn more.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

The default band: steady output and clean claims across all seven weekly videos.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For proven performers whose videos keep clearing the target on cost per 1,000 views.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, no stacking.
  • Per video: a single video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
  • Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Read it as a stress test. On default Assumptions cost lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1 target. To reach it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median hits 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Part 14 of 15

From organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Post organic first

Every video goes up on the creator's own page with the ad label. Nothing is paid for until the first read on views.

  2. Read against the target

Compare cost per 1,000 views with the $1 target and the 100,000-view bonus line. Losers are dropped, not boosted.

  3. Ask for permission

A winning creator is asked, in writing, to let the brand run that exact video as an ad. The claims sheet still applies.

  4. Scale the winner

Run the approved video with one variable changed at a time, and log the result in the hook library.

From the video to the checkout

  • Send viewers to the Amazon listings for Cactus Rose, Strawberry Basil, Ginger Meyer Lemon, Lavender Cucumber and Elderflower Grapefruit.
  • At checkout, a flavor video can point to $33.00 cans and the 15% off online line, once the brand confirms it.
  • Free shipping over $40 gives a reason to pick more than one flavor in a single order.
  • The in-store offer covers single serve cans and multipacks only, so no creator mentions it without the brand's okay.
  • Each link is tagged by creator and format, so the report shows which video sent the order.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Rules for a sparkling water creator

Aura Bora sells sparkling water with zero calories, zero sugar and zero sodium, and also publishes cocktail recipes. These six rules keep the videos on the right side of both.

  • No health outcomes

Talk flavor and feeling. Never weight loss, digestion, energy or any benefit. The only numbers about the can are the brand's own: 0 Calories, 0 Sugar, 0 Sodium.

  • Disclose every paid video

A clear ad label in the caption and on screen, before any pay moves. A free can counts as sponsored too.

  • Alcohol stays in the recipe

The brand's recipes mix spirits with Aura Bora. Show them only with a legal-age creator. The can is the product, never the liquor.

  • Stay on the claims sheet

Use lines copied from aurabora.com. Origin claims stay exact: the ingredients are made in the USA, not the whole can.

  • No comparisons

Never rank Aura Bora against soda or another brand's drink, and never name a rival in a video or a caption.

  • Offers only if live

Mention 15% off online or free shipping over $40 only after the brand confirms they are live that week.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
